Roy is the Dean and Associate Professor of the School of Business, Accounting Management (SBAM) at Genovasi University College (GUC) and is responsible for the overall strategic management and leadership in achieving the faculty’s vision and goals. His own belief for lifelong learning, as well as his drive for business excellence, has brought him to achieving his passion in being part of the education industry with GUC. In addition, he is also the Executive Director of the industry learning platform

He arrived in Malaysia in 2009 holding over 20 years of business experience in key management positions in Australia. His major accomplishments have been during his role as CEO of EMS, CEO of Skills Connect Australia, Malaysia and Singapore and CFO of LYNX Financial Systems plc.

In Malaysia, he was the CEO of i-HR Consulting Sdn Bhd, where he spearheaded cloud and HR Outsourcing targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Roy’s vision was to enable SMEs in the Asian region to capitalize on cloud computing for HR content, which is available for subscription with SME affordability. He stays true to his vision of creating
business value through sound human resource practices. His Doctorate research is focused on a Reward and Incentive Model designed to create self-forming, self-norming and high performing people in businesses within emerging markets.
